Sports Update

Diocesan Basketball and Tennis Trials

The following students participated in the Diocesan Summer trials in Tamworth two weeks ago; Andy Watson, Matilda Gelhaar, Ella Bruce, Ella Teinaki (basketball) and George Claxton (tennis). Congratulations to Ella Teinaki and Ella Bruce who were chosen in the Armidale Diocesan Team. They will be trying out for the Polding team in February next year. Good luck girls! 

Swimming

Water Awareness

Water Awareness sessions will take place in the first week back for students in Term 1, 2023 (1st, 2nd and 3rd of February). A consent form via Compass was sent out this week. Please complete this before school goes back next year. If you are available to help with your child/children's session, please indicate this when completing the consent form. 

Swimming Carnival

The swimming carnival for next year will be held on Monday 13th February. For those who qualify, the Diocesan carnival will be held on the Friday 24th February in Gunnedah.

Sport Dates for 2023

The Armidale Diocesan Primary Sports Council webpage has next year’s dates set for all sporting activities for Diocesan level and above. Please refer to this if you think you may need to plan for this next year.
