Welcome to Term 4, the final term of a very successful school year! The P&F hope that you all had a wonderful school holiday break. This term we have already planned for activities and fundraisers, so please read ahead, and save all the dates.

Icy Pole Fridays

Every Friday, all students can purchase an icy pole at lunchtime for ONLY $1. Students simply need to line up, pay for, and collect their icy poles from the designated areas. We thank you in advance for your support with this fundraiser AND may the icy poles bring on the sunny weather!

Loose Change Drive – Commences start of Term 4, ends Thursday 1st December

“Pretty much everyone has a handful of loose change just hanging around at home.  Why not give those lonely coins a purpose and send them along to school with your child? Each class competes to see who can raise the most money from the start of Term 4 until the end. At the end of the drive, the funds are collected for the school and the winning class will be awarded with a pizza lunch.”

In each class there is a money jar for students to add their coins, at the conclusion of the event the P&F will count the money and announce the winning group. Children are welcome to contribute as little OR as many COINS as they like, daily OR weekly… There are no rules… so Start Collecting AND Good Luck to Each Class!

Pizza & Pasta Family Night – Saturday 15th October – TICKETS EXHAUSTED

This event has been a long time coming AND we are really looking forward to it finally arriving!  If you purchased tickets to this event, your tickets are still valid. However, if you would like a refund for these tickets OR are no longer able to attend, please contact Josie Servello (details below). 

A reminder that at the conclusion of the first week of Term 4, refunds for this event will no longer be available as catering will have been finalised and paid for. We thank you for your understanding.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE EVENING

• The cost for the evening includes pizza, pasta, salad and dessert.
• BYO drinks (including water, soft and hard beverages).
• Cutlery and napkins will be supplied.
• Entrance can ONLY be accessed via the hall doors from the church car park.
• Children are the responsibility of parents/guardians in attendance, not the attending staff.
• Upon arrival, please check your table number on the list provided at the entrance.
• The P&F would also greatly appreciate your assistance to pack up / clean up at the end of the evening (folding up and stacking of chairs / tables, removal of rubbish).
• Lastly, HAVE FUN and DANCE the night away 😊

Christmas Carol Night – Thursday 15th December

To finish off the year, the P&F invites you and your family to attend the end of year Christmas Carols Night. The evening will commence at 5:30pm, with carols at 7pm, followed by an 8:30pm finish. At the event, there will be Christmas craft activities, simple entertainment, the annual Christmas raffle, and a sausage sizzle. 

We recommend you BYO ‘other food’ and non-alcoholic beverages, a picnic rug and/or chairs for seating. More details to follow in the coming weeks.
