3v3 Basketball Tournament 

Our Year 9 and 10 EIS Basketball students competed in the 3v3 Basketball Tournament on Thursday 13 October.

The girls finished RUNNER-UP with great support from the boys in the final.

Year 7 EMR Girls Table Tennis

On Friday 14 October, it was a wet and windy journey out to Kilsyth stadium. Thankfully table tennis is an indoor sport and we arrived dry and ready to compete. 

Due to this round being EMR, it was a packed house with schools travelling far and wide. 

We started off with a competitive game against Mount Waverley, with the girls displaying great resilience and focus. 

We moved onto the second round and came up against Balwyn and to the girls' credit, they hung in as long as they could, but went down to the eventual victors of the day. 

Our last game was against East Doncaster. The girls played their best table tennis here and won the most points they had in the previous rounds. 

Well done girls on an amazing day of table tennis!

EMR Year 8 Basketball 

On Friday 21 October, our Year 8 boys team today narrowly missed out making the FINAL while the Year 8 girls team played their hearts out! 

Congratulations and well done to all students on a great day of basketball.
