Mental Health and Wellbeing Support

Major incidents such as the COVID-19 pandemic can have impacts on mental health and wellbeing. It is normal for children and young people to show signs of distress.

 

We have compiled some resources that may be of benefit for families if they are experiencing any difficulties during this time.

Raising Children Network

The Department has partnered with the Raising Children Network on a series of podcasts providing expert advice and information to parents and carers on a range of health and wellbeing topics.
