SEASON OF CREATION

A reflection on ‘Wellbeing Wednesday’ by Kildare Staff

R U OK? Day

R U OK? Day is a national day of action held on September 9 each year, dedicated to reminding people to ask family, friends and colleagues the question, "R U OK?", in a meaningful way. Connecting regularly and meaningfully is one thing everyone can do to make a difference to anyone who might be struggling, particularly during this COVID-19 lockdown.

When you notice a change in someone’s behaviour, no matter how small, trust that gut instinct and start a conversation that could change a life.

We wish all Fathers a very happy Father’s Day this Sunday.
