R U OK Day

R U OK? Day is on today, Thursday 9th September and is a day dedicated to inspiring and empowering everyone to meaningfully connect with people around them by asking one simple question, 'Are you OK?'  Remote and flexible learning is an ideal time to ask your child, 'Are you OK?' and to support them in what they are struggling with.

REMINDER: EVERY DAY is the day to ask, 'Are you OK?' and support those struggling with life's ups and downs.
