ADP - Basketball

Recently an excited group of our ADP basketball athletes got to hang out with Melbournes newest NBL team, South East Melbourne Phoenix.

During our Wednesday morning visit to the State Basketball Centre, our athletes got to witness both the WNBL Boomers team and the NBL SEM Phoenix team going through their paces during practice. Here they gained some terrific up close insight into the intensity & focus elite athletes have to bring to every training session. They also got to talk with coaches and players & were invited court side to help with floor wiping duties at a Phoenix home match next month
