End of Year Activities

The End of Year Activities Program on will be running on Thursday 12th, Friday 13th, Monday 16th and Tuesday 17th December. This program is open to all the Year 7, 8 and 9 students and regular classes will not be operating.   A description of the activities, a list of the options for each day and instructions can be located on Compass. Please follow the pathway to download the appropriate documentation:

 

  • Select the Community Menu (located under the symbol of two people)
  • Select the School Document Folder
  • Select the Resource Folder
  • Select the End of Year Activity Folder
  • Open the appropriate documentation

 

We suggest that parents and students work together to choose the program that the student will undertake because a number of the options have costs involved.  We have taken care to ensure that there are options that have no costs attached in each session.  Please choose carefully, as students will not be allowed to alter their selections once processed.  

 

Please note that if there is no cost for an activity it must still be booked through Trybooking.

Select the date and session you would like to participate in for example:

  • 12th December 2019
  • Thursday All Day
  • Funfields

 

You will be required to pay for all events at time of booking. Trybooking charges a .30c processing fee for each ticket purchased, however, free activities do not incur a cost.  If you require assistance purchasing tickets, please contact Jenny Hammond in Accounts Receivable on 9433 2666 and choose option 2 for Parent Payments.

 

Our End of Year Activities will concluded on Tuesday, 17th December at 1.30pm and our bus services will modify their timetable to accommodate our students on this day.

 

Once End of Year Activities have finished, students who attend after this day will take part in Environmental Days, however, due to numbers, it is not viable to run our bus services for these final days.
