Each Performance Is a Step Along the Path

Following the success of the Hamilton Eisteddfod Music, Dance and Speech and Drama sections the College musicians look forward to Term Three and more opportunities to develop their individual and group performance skills.  Year 3 Cellist Lachlan Reid was selected by panel to perform in the Ballarat Symphony Orchestra’s Concerto Concert this Sunday.  He has attended rehearsals throughout the term and we wish him all the best for his performance in Ballarat on Sunday.  It should be noted that Lachlan was selected from applicants throughout Western Victoria. For the second year running students from The Hamilton and Alexandra College music program have been the best candidates this side of the western ring road to perform in the prestigious concert.

Term Three Music Lessons

Instrumental and Voice lessons will resume in the first week of Term Three.  All students are reminded to check email, noticeboards and practise regularly throughout the term break.
