Year 10

Year 10

Firstly, I would like to congratulate the young men whose efforts and achievements were acknowledged during the Year 10 graduation and speech night.

I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate all of the Year 10 students whose efforts this year have seen them achieve personal success. If they continue the hard work and dedication displayed this year they will achieve the success they deserve in all of their future endeavours.

The night’s success was thanks to the efforts of so many staff who have worked behind the scenes.

Thanks to Ms Natalie Bates, our Graduation Coordinator, for organising the Speech Night, the catering and the decorations, Ms Mary Atwell for preparing the graduation packs for the Year 10s and Mr Martin Callanan for organising the mass.

My special thanks go to the Year 10 team of Ms Natalie Bates, Ms Mary Atwell, Ms Amy Collins, Mr Martin Callanan, Mr Simon Donlen, Mr Rob McClelland, Mr Barry Wood and Mr John Saltis for the dedication and professionalism they have shown this year. The care, support, and encouragement they have shown to this group of students have enabled so many of them to achieve personal goals, along with academic successes.

This success does not happen in isolation. Thank you to all the staff who worked with the Year 10s throughout the year. They have helped the boys achieve the results they deserve. I must also thank the parents, guardians, and families for the support and encouragement they provide for their sons. It is vital to the ongoing development and success of these young men.

Congratulations to the graduating class of 2019. You have made a lasting impression on everyone who has taught you.

Good Luck and God bless.
