School Council Meetings for 2019

Upcoming School Council (SC) Meeting – Wed Aug 14th at 7:30pm

Next week we will hold our first SC meeting for the term. In addition to the Principal’s Report, the following Sub Committees will present summaries from their recent meetings: 

• Junior SC
• Budget and Finance
• Education
• Facilities and the Learning Environment 
• CHAPS
• MOTHS
• Canteen
• Publicity and Communications
• OHSC

We will provide a summary of the meeting in the newsletter in the week following this meeting.

School Council Meetings

School Council meetings are open to the school community. Please announce your attendance and interest prior to the meeting by emailing holdsworth.christian.p@edumail.vic.gov.au   

Standing Orders dictate that guests:

• Must direct all their comments through the chairperson.
• Raise issue in writing to the President prior to the meeting.
• Have no voting rights.

School Council meets in the Staffroom at 7:30pm on the third Wednesday of the month:

• August 14th
• September 11th
• October 16th  
• November 13th
• December 11th

Sub-Committees meet at various times:

• Finance – 3rd Wednesday of every month at 9:05am
• Education – 3rd Wednesday of every month at 6:00pm
• Facilities and the Learning Environment – 3rd Wednesday of every month at 6:00pm
• Publicity and Communications – 2nd Wednesday of every month, 5.30pm
• Croydon Hills Association of Parents (CHAPS) - next meeting Monday August 12th, 7.30pm
• Men of the Hills (MOTHS) - tonight August 8th, 7pm
• Uniform Shop – Next meeting TBC
• Canteen – next meeting Tuesday August 13th, 9:00am
• Out of Hours School Care Program - next meeting TBC
