Junior School Council - Tree Planting

On Tuesday August 8, our Environment Captains, School Captains and Junior School Council Class Representatives all put on their gloves and picked up their shovels to plant several new plants in the garden beds near Petronella Avenue, as well as at the bottom of the oval and big kids playground. They worked with Alyson Lutz from Bunnings who kindly donated all of the plants. We are hoping that this will make Jells Park Primary a more beautiful place that celebrates our rich Australian environment and native vegetation. Well done to all of those who gave a lending hand, keep up the good work!

Christmas Concert Costume Call-Out

We are starting the Christmas concert costumes very soon - it's all very exciting!!

If you are free any day during lesson times your help would be much appreciated; no matter how little or how often. Please give your contact details to the school office. We are plannng on starting at the beginning of September.

Also, here's a BIG shoutout for wool. We shall need lots of pom poms, which the kids will make themselves. If you have any white, red, purple, black, or green wool, any type, please send it into school.

Thanks in advance - Denise Owen, Liz Clow, Jo Hague
