JAGUAR AEROBICS TEAM
Thank you to all of the wonderful parent helpers and JPPC members that assisted on the BBQ Fundraiser Day.
From this fundraising event and with the donations from Free Dress Day, along with proceeds from Trivia Night the JPPC were able to raise around $2,200 for the Jells Park Jaguars Aerobics Team. This money assisted the team towards special uniforms and travel expenses. Thank you to all students, teachers and families that participated in these fundraising activities. The Aerobics Team and Teachers are truly grateful for all of the School Community support.
PIE DRIVE
Thank you to all families that ordered pies in the Pie Drive Fundraiser. Collection of orders will be from the school on Thursday 17 August from 3-4pm.

WOOLWORTHS EARN & LEARN PROGRAM
This year we are supporting the Woolworths Earn & Learn program. This program gives our school the chance to earn new educational equipment for classrooms, the library, music room and even science programs. The program commences on Wednesday 26 July and the final day to lodge your sheets is Tuesday 19 September. There are three easy steps that you can take to make a difference for Jells Park Primary School.
1. Simply shop at Woolworths and you will receive one Earn & Learn Sticker for every $10 spent.
2. Attach the stickers onto the Woolworths Earn & Learn Sticker Sheet (Available instore & online).
3. Once the entire sheet is complete, place it into a specially marked Collection Box at our school office or at your local store (Woolworths -Wheelers Hill Shopping Centre).

FATHER'S DAY STALL
Father's Day is coming up soon and the JPPC will be having a Fathers' Day stall on Wednesday 30 August at Jells Park Primary School. All items will be $5 each with a maximum of 4 gifts per student. The students will be taken over as a whole class with their Teacher, to help with any purchases.
We have a lovely selection of gifts to choose from to spoil your Dad, Grandfather or Special Person. Stephanie Triskelidis is leading a small team of parents to organise this special event.
SCHOOL DISCO
On Friday 8 September we will be having a school disco. This is always a popular and fun event for the students. Cost of entry is $5 per student.
So make sure that students keep this special night free and be ready to put on their dancing shoes and have a good time dancing to their favourite songs.
1st session Foundation - Level 2 6.00pm - 7.15pm
2nd session Level 3 - Level 6 7.30pm - 9.00pm
RECYCLING FUNDRAISER
Due to upcoming building works in the school the Mondo Recycling Fundraiser will temporarily cease. We will re-commence this fundraising activity once building works are completed in early 2018. We plan to have recycling bins available for families in Term 1 2018 in the School Office.
AIRSTREAM CAFE FUNDRAISER
Airstream Cafe at Century City Walk in Glen Waverley introduced an ongoing fundraising opportunity for our school last year and will continue to do so in 2017. By using the Airstream Cafe fundraiser card families will be able to receive 5% discount off their total bill when dining at the cafe. In addition, 5% of the price of all purchases will be donated at the end of each term towards our fundraising targets for Jells Park Primary School. This is a wonderful and fantastic opportunity for families to support a local business whilst also assisting our school in reaching our fundraising targets too. We hope you enjoy your dining experience at Airstream Cafe. Spare cards are available from the School Office.
