Year 7 History Students

 Year 7 History students showed their understanding of the topic "Investigating the Ancient Past" by creating and playing old-fashioned board games.  Students lost  a go if they landed on squares such as "you have lost a rare artifact, miss a turn". Alternatively students moved closer to the finish line after landing on squares such as "You find a skeleton at Narrabeen bus stop, move forward two places".  The games were well planned and reflected a thoroughly enjoyable way of learning.

Students Discovering Ancient Egypt

Year 7 History students started learning about Ancient Egypt in class. They worked together as a team to piece together six Ancient Egypt artifacts as an introduction to the topic. This required collaboration, communication and patience.
