Our Learning Model – Different ways to learn Maths

We do lots of things in mathematics that involve problem solving, algebra, using measurements, angles and so much more. We’ll do a variety of things in our maths classes from tests and modules to fun and interesting games and puzzles.

This is one of our favourite puzzles. Can you solve it?

A great thing about the doing modules and tests as part of our maths program is that each one is assigned individually to you and is based on maths that is on your level. You may be really great at maths or struggle, but the work assigned to each student will make sure you are challenged and learning something new.

We also do mini lessons and one on one interventions where teachers work with us in a small group or individually to explain and help us with any areas we are struggling with. Our teachers help us set goals each fortnight.

As part of our program we do rich learning tasks which are fun and different activities covering different subjects in maths. This is the different things we do in maths and why we love it so much.
