Cultural Diversity Week

During Week 8 this term (16th-20th of March) The Lakes South Morang College highlighted Cultural Diversity Week. During the week both students and staff participated in different multicultural activities.

Students looked at different cultures and backgrounds and participated in tasks such as researching foods from different cultures, making flags and looking at maps.

On the Friday the Prep to Year 6 students dressed up in clothing that represented their family backgrounds and heritage. They also did a cultural performance which was recorded and shared with families on our school Facebook page.
