Year 1

Abby G  -  For working well with others in the class and always being positive. You’re a team player Abby. Well done.

Hugh D-T  -  For always challenging himself to do his best work in both literacy and numeracy. Well done Hugh!

Josh H  -  For doing an excellent job of comparing what is different and the same about moths and butterflies using a Venn diagram

Laura C  -  For writing a key question and collecting data to present in  an informative pictograph, well done.

Max O  -  For the improvements he has made with his writing this semester, your creative story on Mars was enjoyable to read!

Madi D – For her persistence when working out the answer to some difficult addition questions, your determination and effort certainly paid off!! Well done! 

Year 2

Kate N  -  For an outstanding effort on her semester’s reflection, Kate went into great detail and thought for this.

Toby T  -  For his perseverance and dedication to his reading and writing. Toby has shown great effort so far this term and should be congratulated.

Senin S  -  For always making sure he does his best work and always allows time for editing.

Nik W  -  For improving his handwriting and adding more detail to his writing. 

Year 3

Renae B  -  For her very informative power point presentation on Port Douglas. Renae always presents with such enthusiasm.

Peter C  -  Peter has been working very hard all year and has made excellent progress. It has been a pleasure to see Peter gain so much confidence. 

Kate M  -  Kate is one of the hardest workers in the class. Her positive attitude to all tasks makes teaching a pleasure.

Liam O’N  -  Liam is a studious student who has put a great deal of effort into all tasks this term, well done Liam

Year 4

Elizabeth K  -  For her team spirit at camp. She was a fun, enthusiastic and thoughtful camper.

Oliver K  -  For his enthusiasm, energy and positive contributions at Lady Northcote Camp.

Danny B  -  For being an excellent camper and really challenging himself at the many camp activities.

Derrick Y  -  For being a great team member, map reader and leader in the camp team toon challenge.

Alice C  -  For her incredible determination and energy during the orienteering activity at grade 4 camp. Alice displayed great team spirit throughout the challenge which contributed to her team winning overall. Well done.

Otto C-M  -  For taking on every challenge that grade 4 camp had to offer. Otto was willing to try new things and step out of his comfort zone. 

Year 5/6

Jet M-L  -  For the extra effort he has been putting into his school work. Jet produced a great science experiment on lava lamps and an interesting biography on Kevin Rudd.

Samantha T  -  For all the help that she has given throughout the school year, priceless! A wonderful quality to have in life.

Max Z  -  For working hard on all mathematical tasks and achieving a high standard.

Nicholas H  -  For displaying maturity and excellent organisational skills during leadership time. 

Ilya P  -  For his accuracy with logistics in Maths and being a positive member of 5/6C.
