Level 5/6 

Congratulations to the level 5 and 6 students who have settled quickly into their new classes. These years are busy with a lot of activities.  Digitech has started and students are beginning to code with the Lego Mindstorms Robotics and navigating Edmodo.  Students have been offered the opportunity to extend their mathematical reasoning skills by their involvement in the Australian Future Problem Solving Maths Olympiads.   Practice tests will be sent home soon. 

Notices have gone home to order printing for the level 6 jackets and tee shirts.

Printing is $8.00 per item and parents and carers are reminded that clothing must be freshly laundered (or new) and sent to school in a named bag. 

Training has commenced for cross country and inter school sport. If your child is injured, and unable to participate, please send a note to your classroom teacher.  Some children will experience muscle soreness. Please encourage them to continue training. 

We also had a great time meeting our Foundation buddies and working on our clever cat masks. It was fantastic to see our seniors be good role models to their buddies, getting to know them and helping create some fabulously creative masks!
