Emotions: a strong feeling deriving from one's circumstances, mood, or relationships with others.

 

 


ACTIVITIES YOU CAN DO AT HOME TO SUPPORT YOUR CHILD'S LEARNING

Discuss with your child what emotions they go through in a day. Where do these emotions fit within the zones of regulation? What strategies do they use to regulate their emotions? Make sure you give them some strategies that you also use when feeling various emotions.
