Woodend Food Bank

The School Captains went to the Woodend Food Bank last week. We learned a lot about the food bank and even got to do an order! It was fun to explore the food bank, and if you ever need help, it is always ok to use it. It’s there to help anyone who needs it! It would also be great to donate to the food bank. They accept money but prefer food, especially tinned food. The Woodend Food Bank is located at 47-49 Forest Street, Woodend. If you have any food lying around the house, donating would be a nice idea! The school will be having a Food Bank Drive soon, so stay tuned! 

Dental Van

This week the dental van came by and gave free dental appointments. Thank You to the dental van for giving our school free dental check-ups! We really appreciate it!  🙂

Lapathon

Lapathon is a school wide event that happens once a year as many of you may know, this year it will be held on the 9th of August. Make sure to get your sponsors to donate money to the school.
