International Students

Welcoming new students in Term 3

At the start of Term 3, we were very pleased to welcome 18 more students to join us in the International Student Program (ISP). They are all very energetic and friendly individuals who have come from Bangladesh, Germany, Laos, China and Vietnam.  Our new international students are eager to learn new things at NHS and experience the Australian lifestyle. 

To welcome them, the International Student Office hosted a welcoming party at lunchtime, last week. We were so delighted to have many Year 10 and ELC teachers as well as members of the NHS Student Leadership Team including our school captains join us for the lunch party. Our new international students had a chance to meet new people, make new friends and learn new things. 

Lastly, we would like to thank Ms Hill and Ms Fiona for inviting all of us to the lunch party. We appreciate your caring, support, and commitment to every event. No words could describe how grateful we are.
