Parish Sacramental Program

The Sacraments of Reconciliation and First Holy Communion Parish Program have commenced and students will have their third session for Reconciliation this Sunday (14th August) at 9am in the Cathedral. Following this, the first session for First Holy Communion will be on the 21st August at 9am in the Cathedral. If you know you will be away, please contact the parish office. 

Parish/Class Masses

We invite parents and friends to join our class groups for Parish Mass at 9am on the following dates: 

• Year 1& 2  Friday 26th August 9am Parish Mass in the Cathedral
• Kindergarten Friday 9th September 9am Parish Mass in the Cathedral

Prayers... 

We pray for the Year 3 Students as they prepare for the sacraments of Reconciliation & Eucharist. We also pray from those unwell in our community. 

Winter Woollies Winter Appeal 

Mini Vinnies will be hosting a Winter Woolies Mufti Day on Monday 19th September 2022. Students are encouraged to wear warm mufti on the day and bring either a new warm item to donate to St Vincent De Paul or a gold coin donation.

Help me to see that I have received from God special graces to place myself at the service of others.

Assist me in recognizing the needs in my community, that I may bring your charity, faith, hope, and joy into the world.

Help me to hold fast to the teachings of Christ through His Church, always expressing them in everything I do. 

May I live by example as you did, devoting myself to Him and others.

Be with me in suffering and infirmity, in grief and abandonment, in times of worry. 

Help me persevere in joyful hope of obtaining heaven.
