India – By Anika (Year 3)

 

India is a cultural place and Indians love to celebrate festivals.
We speak Hindi and English.
We use rupees as money.
The capital of India is New Delhi.
There are 1.38 billion people in India.
In India the Government boss is Ram Nath Kobind. He is the president of the the Indian Government.
India is a country that is in South Asia.
India is the seventh largest country in the world. 
 
What are the most important things in India?
Mahatma Gandhi was the most nicest person in India. He always took care of people and gave kids lots of food and helped them. He was born in 1869 and died in 1948.
