The Front Page Explained...

No, Miss Fish hasn't gone crazy and made all the children slightly weird(er)! It was Halloween on Sunday the 31st of October and Miss Fish was getting into the spirit! 

We hope that's what it was, anyway...

Wire Art

Last newsletter we showed you fabulous matchstick art. This time we created with wire! There was a brightly coloured bunch of pliable wire in the craft cupboard that somehow had been sitting there unused for quite a while. 

So, once again, we Googled a few ideas for the children and off they went! It was fun and interesting, as the photos show.

What Moth is That?

A special visitor landed at school last week - a beautiful moth! It was found near the library, not looking particularly healthy. We took it inside for a couple of days to see if it would get a little livelier and then released it back into the playground. If anyone knows exactly what it is, please give us a call at school.
