Premier's Reading Challenge Award

Magill School was invited by the Premier of South Australia, Steven Marshall, to receive an award for our efforts with the Premier’s Reading Challenge this year. We had 818 students participate! The awards were presented at a reception held at the Adelaide Zoo on Wednesday 10 November. Year 6 Student Leader, Sorcha C, was our capable representative on the day. The school received a specially framed certificate and some books for our Resource Centre, presented by the Minister for Education, John Gardner, and the Premier. A special thanks to Sorcha for accepting the award on our behalf, and her mother, Yvonne, for accompanying her.
