A message from the President

2020-What a year!

Pandemic, lock downs, no hockey.

But, keep our fingers crossed, obey the social distancing rules, and we might have something like a normal hockey season in 2021.  That’s what we are planning for.

Thank you to all of you for your patience and support.

About the end of January we should see a start on the pavilion redevelopment.  First a fence will be erected around the pavilion to secure it, then temporary alternative accommodation will be installed, finally demolition will commence.  The new pavilion will be about twice as big as the current pavilion with a much larger viewing area, better change rooms and lots of storage.

For me Christmas is a time to reflect on the year past, to bask in its successes and measure its failures.

I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a happy New Year.  And I’ll see you on the pitch in 2021.
