In order to implement and practice the principals, daily ‘GEM’ questions can be used to open discussion between family members. Making these questions part of your daily routine is a great way to facilitate positive conversations in your household. Making a ‘GEM Chat’ part of your daily routine can be a useful tool in supporting children to talk about their emotions.
