Escape Into A World Of Books

Reading at Home

We are so excited to have our Prep and Year 1/2 children back at school! We will be even happier when our Year 3 - 6 children return on 9th June!

As we all know not everything is back to normal at this stage. We need to take precautions with the items children share at school and this effects take home readers as well as library books.

Prep and Year 1/2 children will continue to use EPIC for their take home books.

As children are not able to borrow books from our school library at this stage, it is even more important that families take the time to use the online library we have subscribed to - Story Box Library.

This term we have used Story Box Library to assist with Library lessons and class reading activities. All families have been provided with the login details via  Google Classroom. If you do not have the details please let me know and I will email them to you. There is  a wonderful selection of books to read and I encourage every family to make some time each day to read/listen to some of the stories on offer.
