If web purchases are not your thing, you can also buy a ticket at the office.
Disco News
You know how there is a disco after the bush band? Did we mention that the DJ is a former OPS student?
Well, the very cool DJ has a special website where the kids can make song requests for a chance to hear their favourite music on the night. Just jump online at http://www.squishypig.com/songs/ to enter the songs they would like to hear.
Lucky Jars
Please help us get enough lucky jars to avoid disappointed kids on the night. If you can please donate a couple of lucky jars for this event, it would be most appreciated. We currently have lots of lolly jars so please help us add a little variety by getting creative.
Some suggested jar fillers are:
- craft supplies
- erasers
- jewellery
- balls
- lego figures and blocks
- stamps
- key rings
- mini torches
- finger puppets
- toy cars
- hair ties & hair clips
- stickers & stick on tattoos
- textas, pencils & crayons
- footy cards
- coins (or perhaps even a note!)
- anything else you think would bring a smile to a child's face.
There is a donation point outside the hall on Monday mornings and Friday afternoons. If you need a jar to fill, we will have some available at the donation points.
Collection boxes are also available in the classrooms, so you can send jars to school with your child.
Working Bee
Thursday 28th November there will be a mini Working Bee at the school from 3:45pm.
If you are available to lend a hand in tidying up the school on this day please come along. All parents, friends and students are welcome.
