Out of School Hours Care

Enrolments for 2014

Families will receive a letter next week requesting Before & After Care Enrolments for 2014. Families will be required to submit a completed enrolment form by Friday 6th December 2013.

Enrolments for new students must be submitted with an immunisation certificate. New families eligible for Child Care Benefit must provide a letter of eligibility from Centrelink. 2014 Enrolment forms are attached below and are also available on the website and from April at OSHC. 

January School Holiday Program

The January school holiday program schedule will be available from Monday 2nd December. Bookings close Tuesday 17th December. Please refer to the booking information on the January School Program Timetable.

After School Care Cancelations

If you have an After School Care booking and your child is not attending school that day, please remember that you must cancel your booking. 

To cancel bookings please contact the program directly by 9:00am or leave a message on 9578 5826. 

Advance cancellations can be made by recording them in the program diary.
