Korean Cooking
Students in preps to grade 4 tasted one of the traditional Korean dishes called ‘잡채’ last week. The dish was very popular, so I have included the recipe. The students practised using chopsticks and some Korean phrases: “Thank you for the meal – 잘 먹겠습니다 [jal-meok-get-seum-ni-da ]” “It is delicious - 맛있어요[masi-sseo-yo]”.
I hope you enjoy the dish at home and encourage your children to practise these phrases. Thank you.
