Principal's Message

From the Principal

I look forward to our Presentation Night next Tuesday. It will be a wonderful way to, ‘wrap up’ 2019, say well done to our students and be entertained. I look forward to seeing you all there.

Parents, teachers and students are invited to a special Mass at St Patrick's Church next Monday (2nd December) at 7.00pm to pray for rain.

From all reports the Year 6 students are having a great time on their Sydney Excursion and the parents and teachers can’t wait to get home and catch up on some sleep.

As I mentioned in last week’s newsletter, on Thursday and Friday, I will be attending this term’s Diocesan Principals’ Meeting. Over the two days the Director of Catholic Schools, Chris Smyth, will lead discussions around action learning initiatives, compliance and school governance. It is also a good opportunity to share ideas with the Principals from across the Diocese.

As the end of the year is rapidly approaching, could I ask that you finalise school fees over the next few weeks. The school’s financial year is a calendar year and we need to report to the Catholic Schools Office by the end of this year. Again thank you to our community for your financial support of the school.
