Year 13 Careers Expo

 

The Year 13 Careers Expo is happening again in May, 2021! Youth across Australia are invited to come together (virtually) over 3 days during National Careers Week (May 17 - 19) to explore their post-school options. The Expo is Australia's biggest online careers event that allows youth, parents and educators to engage directly with education, employment and travel providers. Alongside exhibitors there will also be an exciting range of industry sessions and on-demand content for schools. Students can explore and enquire with 100+ work, study and travel providers. Dozens of industry sessions and inspirational guest speakers will also be available to view. Guest speakers will include...

REMINDER: University Clinical Aptitude Test 

Students intending to study certain medical, dental, and clinical science degree programs are reminded that they may need to sit the UCAT, and applications close on Monday 17 May 2021.  The testing dates will be from 1 July 2021 to 11 August 2021. Find out more and register at UCAT.

 

Careers in Biomedical Science STEMinar Students with a passion for life sciences, and who wonder where studies in biomedicine can lead, are invited to participate in a virtual STEMinar featuring a keynote presentation by Assoc. Prof. Misty Jenkins (Walter and Eliza Hall Institute of Medical Sciences).  The presentation will be followed by a panel discussion exploring the career paths of four biomedically trained scientists.  Students can send in their questions during the Q&A session.  Date: Wednesday 12 May 2021 Time: 4.45pm (AEST) Register at Careers in Biomedical Science STEMinar.
