Wellbeing

Dear Killester Families,

Last week we welcomed some Year 7 Parents, Carers and Grandparents for a lovely Morning Tea. It was a great opportunity to share experiences of transitioning to Year 7 and to engage in discussion about how we can all work together to support the Year 7 students wellbeing and academic performance. It was so nice to welcome people from our school community to spend the morning with us, and we thank everyone who attended. We hope to have further opportunities this year to invite parents/ carers into the our college.

The below image is from KidsHelpline Instagram (kidshelplineau) and we are encouraging all students to challenge themselves to follow this weekly Self-Care Calendar.

Year 12 PAL Activities

Our Year 12 PAL Groups (Cycle 2) continue to provide fun activities for the rest of the school at lunchtimes until the week ending May 28. Students can participate in Dodgeball games and attend Movie screenings as well as visit the Breakfast Club each Wednesday morning from 8:10 - 8:35am outside the Year 12 Kitchen. Bring your own mug for a drink.
