Year 12 Exam arrangements for Year 11 students

Year 11s undertaking 3/4 (Year 12) subjects
Monday 21 October was the last day of timetabled Year 12 classes and Year 12s are now on Swot Vac (private study time).
Year 11 students currently studying a Unit 3/4 subject will now notice that their Year 12 classes have been removed from their Compass timetable. These periods are to now be utilised for private study. Students may complete this private study in either the Library or the Senior Years Centre.
With regard to Year 12 (unit 3/4) exams:
- Students should now see an event on Compass for the date of their scheduled exam
- Students have also been given an approved absence event for the day before their exam in order to support their preparation, as such, students will not be required to attend their year 11 classes on this day
- Seating plans and locations of Year 12 exams will be posted up in the Senior Study Centre
- It is the responsibility of Year 11 students to understand what work they have missed during their Year 12 Swot Vac day and Exam day
- It is also the responsibility of Year 11 students to know the date and time of their Year 12 (Unit 3/4) exam
We wish all the Year 11s the best of luck!
