The National Assessment Program – Literacy and Numeracy (NAPLAN) is a point in time assessment of literacy and numeracy skills that are essential for every child to progress through school and life. Students in Years 3, 5, 7 and 9 participate in the annual NAPLAN tests in writing, reading, conventions of language (spelling, grammar and punctuation) and numeracy.
Our school will be participating in NAPLAN between 11th - 13th May 2021. Students will complete the paper test. The table below outlines the dates and times of each test.
Students in Years 7 & 9 are invited to attend after school sessions to familiarise themselves with NAPLAN style questions. These sessions will take place on Tuesday, April 27th, Thursday, April 29th, Monday May 3rd and Wednesday May 5th. A teacher will be available to provide support.
