Duke of Ed

Term 1 Activities

Our Duke of Ed students have been busy over the past few weeks creating and presenting Bullying Awareness presentations to the local primary schools and our Year 7 and 8 students, as role models promoting a supportive school culture that reflects our GROWS  (Growth, Respect, Optimism, Wellbeing, Support) values.

The presentations were developed to inform students about bullying, how bullying affects individuals and provide details surrounding a variety of support networks available.

Thursday 25th March, the Dukes students also volunteered their time to 'Clean Up Australia Day', ensuring the school grounds were looking pristine and making environmental pledges to 'Step Up and Clean Up'.

We are extremely proud of all our Duke of Ed students in what they have achieved this term, as they look forward to preparing for their practice adventurous journey in Term 2.
