Brunswick Food Studies students recently contributed to a Multicultural Food Festival for the students in their class. 

 

The festival aimed to promote the diversity of cuisines available in the community. Students completed a research activity, studying a particular culture (of their choice) and then prepared a traditional recipe from that particular culture. 

 

During the festival, they sampled a variety of dishes, discussing the ingredients and cooking methods used.  

 

They learned a lot from this delicious activity!
