Aim High Concert 

Hello Families,

Our concert will be held this term: Wednesday 6 and Thursday 7 September at 7:00pm. All Preps, Years 1 and 2 will be involved and are preparing enthusiastically for the event. This is a real team experience so everyone is needed!

Currently you will hear the children rehearsing their songs, dances or lines at home. You may have been sent poems or lines or songs to learn in the students’ reading covers. Thank you for spending time with the children so they feel super ready to perform in September. Your positive encouragement is all the children need.

Costume: Every child will need a pair of long, plain dark blue pants, black socks and plain black shoes. Please organise these items into a named zip up bag and send them to school as soon as possible. We suggest buying from Op shops or borrowing to keep costs down.

At concert time, during concert week rehearsals, we will ask you to dress your child with a singlet and tight-fitting shorts under their uniform each day and on concert nights. This way they can undress in the group change rooms. Their decorative costumes will go over the top.

Other than the blue pants and black shoes all other costume items will be provided by the school.

So far, the only class needing to bring in extra items is 1/ 2 Woolard who are asked to bring their football jumpers and footy style shorts if they have them.
