Netball PSSA Knockout competition

Congratulations to our school Netball team who have progressed to the Regional Semi Finals of the PSSA netball knockout with an awesome 20-9 win over FPVC School last week. They head to Kempsey on Wednesday to play the winner of Kororo v Lake Cathie. Good luck everyone. Go Boambee!

NSW PSSA Primary Netball Championships

Pippa in Year 6 spent the week in Port Macquarie as part of the North Coast team contesting the NSW PSSA Primary Netball Championships. The North Coast team recorded multiple wins and came fourth overall. Well done Pippa!

Cricket Report 

Last week our cricket team met with Grafton Public School in round 4 of the PSSA cricket knockout. It was an enormous effort to make it through this far as a team, with only a handful of cricket players when we started the journey. Unfortunately, we were knocked out in this game by a very good team.

We can safely say that we have a very competitive cricket team now, having beaten Toormina, Bellingen and Narranga to be the best team in the Coffs region. This success was a result of many sessions in the nets, fielding sessions on the oval and most recently we did several Sunday morning training sessions at the Sawtell Cricket nets. I am truly impressed with the improvement the team made over the past 3 months, they made me very, very proud. Well done Boambee!
