Yarralea Children's Centre is celebrating 10 years of Bush Kinder this year! As part of their celebration, they’d love to collate your and your children's memories of Bush Kinder. Photos or written memories are both very welcome and would be gratefully received, if you could please send these to social@yarralea.com.au.

 

Fear Less/Anxiety Seminar – Parent Session

Fear-Less Triple P supports parents to learn new strategies for managing their child’s anxiety. This program is for parents who are concerned about their child’s anxiety and would like to learn strategies to support the wellbeing of their child and the family.

 

All families involved will receive a Triple P Fear Less Tip Sheet and a $50 Booktopia voucher.

Fairfield Village – Celebrating Plastic Free July

Community Day – Saturday 22 July

As part of the Fairfield Village Plastic Free July campaign, a Community Day will be held, with the focus on minimal waste, recycling and repurposing.

  • When: Saturday 22 July
  • Time: 10:30am – 3.30pm
  • Where: Fairfield Community Room, 121 Station Street (near the library)
  • Find out about: creating Boomerang Bags, upcycling and creative wrapping, plastic-free crafts for kids, Project Pair Up, recycle your soft plastics, and MORE. 
  • There’s also a chance to win a door prize of a $100 voucher

 

Focusing on Plastic-Free July 

Fairfield Traders are encouraging the community to refuse, reduce, reuse, and recycle… to eliminate plastic waste. Support sustainability  and join the Plastic Free July competition.
