If you'd like to nominate for the school council and have a say in how our school is run, please note that you must hand the nomination form to the Principal by Monday, February 21 at 4pm. You can nominate someone else (form 4) or nominate yourself (form 3).
Fantastic Fridays and Tasty Treats sales
The Fantastic Fridays recess sales have been very popular with the children and we will be holding them every Friday of the school term. Everything is either $1 or $2 so send a gold coin to school with your child if you'd like them to be able to buy something.
Our Tasty Treats sale will be held next Friday, February 25 and we'd love as many homemade cookies, brownies and muffins as we can get. It's an exciting event for the children and it helps with our school fundraising.
Keep your eye out for a flyer to be sent out early next week and the treats can be dropped off on Thursday afternoon or Friday morning. This will be the first sale for the year and it's a great chance to show off your baking skills (or perhaps your children's baking skills)
Warrandyte Festival
The Warrandyte Festival is scheduled for Friday 18th and Saturday 19th of March 2022 with the name "Warrandyte: Together Again". As everyone would be aware, it's been several years since the festival has been held in full and we'd love to run a fundraising stall for the school.
We're looking for volunteers to help us plan and run a stall on Saturday 19th. Please get in touch if you are interested in helping - this has the potential to be one of our major fundraisers for the year so it would be wonderful if we could get as many helpers as possible.
