School Photo Day

Our official College photographs will be taken on Tuesday, February 15.

Order slips were handed out to students in homerooms yesterday with instructions on how to order online.

If parents would prefer to pay cash a limited amount of cash envelopes are available at Student Reception.

If you require another order slip please get this from reception.

There is no need to return any forms or payment to school as all orders are done online. All students must have their individual photograph taken and must be in the class photo, but are not obliged to order any photographs.

Family Photographs will be taken during Lesson 4. ALL FAMILY orders must be placed by 11pm the night before photo day to ensure the family photo is taken. Family photographs cannot be taken during any other time than this, due to the tight scheduling of class and group photograph times.

How to order online

Log on to www.msp.com.au and click ORDER ONLINE.

Place your order using the online system, with your unique shootkey.

You are not required to bring the order slip back to school.

Uniform requirements for photographs

Students must wear the correct summer uniform as well as maroon jumpers. If students need to wear their sport uniform for HPE class during the day, they need to bring their sport gear to school and change into sport gear as needed.

Year 12 students are permitted to wear their Year 12 Jackets, provided that every student wears one.

Our College Uniform guidelines must be followed: please refer to the guidelines laid out in the College planner. Students will not be permitted to wear hair accessories or jewellery not consistent with uniform expectations.

Ordering information for parents from MSP

• Online - Parents can order directly through our site at MSP.com.au. To place an order parents will need to use the shoot key located on their envelope.
• Envelope – If a parent wishes to pay with cash, they can use the personalized envelopes supplied by us and these will need to be brought back on photo day for our photographers to collect. 

FAQ by parents: 

How long do I have to order photos? 

Parents have 1 week post photo day to order before incurring a 20-dollar late fee.

Do I need to return the envelope if I have ordered online? 

No, Envelopes are only required to be brought back if the family is paying cash.

What do I do if I have lost my shoot-key? 

If a family has lost their child’s envelope and wish to pay online via msp.com.au they can call us at (03) 9115 1642 so we can supply the shoot-key.
