Extra Curricular Activities  - Premier's Reading Challenge

This year 35 students participated in the Premier's Reading Challenge. This week all  participants received a participation award.

Next week at assembly the students that completed the Challenge will receive a certificate from the Victorian Premier.

Christmas Carols

Christmas Carols this year will be on Monday 12th December. The children have started learning their carols and a French carol to perform on the night during their music lessons.

This is a great community night celebrating Christmas and another wonderful year together. We have started to organise the food trucks so start planning your picnic, invite the grandparents and save the date.

French Assembly Awards

Congratulations to the students who last week were recognised as using their French outside of their French lessons. Our focus on oral language in French aims for students to as much as possible only use French during their daily lessons and then to use French outside of the lessons when they know the vocab, for example asking for a drink or to go to the toilet. Well done and we look forward to seeing who makes an effort to use their French throughout the day at our next assembly.
