Grade 4

Wow, what a busy term it has been!

We have completed a number of assessment tasks for reporting over the past couple of weeks, as well as practicing for concert. The students have blown me away with their abilities to recall lyrics in Italian and dance moves after not practicing for a couple of weeks. They are super excited to perform for you tonight. 

In Maths, we have been using 2D shapes to turn, rotate and slide to create patterns as well as creating patterns of tessellation. 

Next week, we will be completing a number of activities to help us prepare for camp! 

What you can do at home:

• Students can complete activities for My Literacy, My Numeracy & My Spelling on Essential Assessment.
• Ensure students are reading each night. 
• Students can read on Epic!
• Students can practice multiplication/division facts and equivalent fractions through these online games:
