Senior Classroom News

                           News from Grade 4

The Grade 3 and 4's enjoyed the Melbourne Zoo talk. They learnt more about how to care for native animals by looking after their habitat and were allowed to make up their own stories. It started to rain heavily during this time, so the lion decided to move undercover - we were in awe of its beauty. 

                       Tabloid Sports Day

Last Thursday we had Simon from Educational Sports carnivals come to St Marys to run our tabloid sports. He set up different stations with fun activities like Tug-O-War, Parachute cat and mouse, Chicken slinging, memory stream and cross the river. We finished the day with a whole school chicken relay.

There was some great team work on display to complete challenges. Thank you to our parent helpers for coming along and joining in the fun.
