SPORT REPORT

SENIOR BOYS BASEBALL STATE FINAL
McKinnon's first game against Mitcham was a tense one with the score locked at seven all at the end of allotted time. An extra innings was played where each team scored one run. The games were finally called a draw. McKinnon's second game was against Mildura who were the dominant team of the tournament. McKinnon struggled against the opposition's state level pitcher and lost by a considerable margin. In the final game against Maribyrnong, McKinnon again drew in a very hard fought match. Congratulations to the boys, especially those who have played baseball every year since Year 7.

SPORTS AEROBICS
On Tuesday 19 May, Year 7 sports aerobics had a special cheerleading session. The students practised their cartwheels, round offs and backwards walkovers before they learnt how to do cheerleading lifts.
Everyone had a great afternoon and are looking forward to practising their new tricks again.
