Manage your Mental Health these Holidays

For some people the holiday season can provide a great boost to your mental health and for others it can do the opposite. Whatever you may be feeling at any time during this break know that it is okay to feel each and every emotion.

If you feel anxious or stressed, try some of these grounding activities:

  • Going for a walk outside in nature, a swim in the ocean or putting your feet in the sand or grass. 
  • Listening to music, having a dance, using your energy.
  • Having a cold shower or holding an ice cube.
  • Deep Breathing exercises or meditations on the Smiling Mind or Headspace Apps.
