EISM Cross Country

Congratulations to our cross-country team, who took part in the EISM run on a beautiful day at Ruffy Park on Wednesday, September 6. It was a huge effort by the students who worked hard at before and after school training this term. 

Well done to everyone for a big team effort and a great 3rd placing in Division 2. 

A special congratulations to our place-getters:

• 1st - Archie Fifoot, Year 8  
• 2nd - Willow Devine, Year 8 and Milla Ellaway, Year 11  
• 3rd - Tina Cui, Year 11

Years 8 and 9 AFL Grand Final winners 

After a perfect undefeated season, our Years 8 and 9 Football Girls team had to pass the final hurdle against Bialik at their Grand Final. 

Bialik proved to be our toughest opponents during the season; however, we were able to stay composed and play an awesome game. 

Isla Tucker and Jaeda Mellow led through the middle while Hayley Knowles and Lila McMahon-Johnson guided the team with their inspirational speeches and enthusiasm. Thank you to Coach James Cooper for his help. Everyone played their roles well and were critical in winning the premiership. Congratulations!
