FAMILY FUN NIGHT

Seeking Donations

We are organising a range of hampers to raffle and are seeking donations of items. Some items you might like to donate can include: 

• New toys
• Games
• Art and craft materials
• Books
• Hobby activities
• Party items
• Pampering services and goods
• Chocolate and other confectionary treats (within use by date)
• Vouchers for donated goods and services

Please bring all donations directly to the office. All donations will be greatly appreciated and acknowledged with a special principal’s award. 

Raffle Tickets

Raffle tickets will be going home with students in the coming weeks. Tickets will be sold for $2 each for the chance to win one of our amazing hampers. Please ensure that you write your name and room number (or mobile number) on the left hand ticket stub and keep the corresponding ticket stub on the right.  All tickets books and money (including any unsold tickets) should be returned to the school office by Friday 17 March. 

Are you available to assist on the day?

If you have a valid working with children check and have completed the volunteer training sessions, we would love your help. Assistance will be required both on the night and for the preparations beforehand. If you would like to assist, please contact Laura Zurzolo at the office on 9404 4311 or laura.zurzolo@education.vic.gov.au. 

Coffee and Fun Day chat with the office 

If you can assist with the preparations for fun night, and are available this coming Friday at 10am, please join me for a coffee and chat to discuss the planning of the event further. All proceeds raised from the family fun night will be used for new playground facilities. We are sure it is going to be a great night and look forward to seeing you all there.
